At the symposium, Wang Chaohui, Director of the Sales Department for Beijing Government and Enterprise Industry Partners, delivered the opening remarks, and Chen Zhu, Director of the Beijing Channel Delivery Management and Integration Enablement Department, delivered the closing remarks. Huawei business module leaders also delivered keynote speeches, engaging in in-depth discussions with the partners on key areas such as service consistency assurance, building a capability-based partner ecosystem, tool implementation, and the joint development of integrated ICT solutions.

During the partner sharing session, Liu Fan, Solutions Expert of Teamsun Intelligent Customer Service, shared the three core values of the joint Teamsun–Huawei AICC solution: stability and reliability — the two sides have completed deep adaptation across the full technology stack, ensuring smooth and stable system operation in diverse environments, so customers can “run steadily and use with confidence”; intelligence and usability — Teamsun’s self-developed agent workstation and agent assistance applications are deeply integrated with the Huawei AICC platform, identifying customer intent in real time, sensing emotion, and automatically generating service summaries to make service more attentive and efficient; global adaptation — enriched recognition of low-resource languages and integration with mainstream large models truly achieve “one platform, global reach, omni-channel service.”

In terms of operations assurance, Liu Fan emphasized that Teamsun does not pursue the piling up of new tools; instead, it puts existing resources to solid use. Relying on Huawei DigitalView capabilities and centering on business operations, Teamsun has built a data-driven, service-oriented operations platform. Through systematic operations manuals, automated scripts, strict change control processes, and a self-developed call recording and archiving system, daily operations become orderly and controllable, shifting operations from “passive firefighting” to “active prevention.” This pragmatic operations system enables faster fault detection and repair, safer change operations, and more worry-free long-term operations, truly safeguarding business continuity for global customers.
In addition, Liu Fan shared typical success cases, including the unified access of 42 customs offices nationwide to the 12360 hotline of the China E-Port Data Center, the multi-tenant high-availability architecture upgrade of core systems for leading domestic commercial banks, and the NGCC project for a leading Hong Kong telecom operator. These cases fully demonstrated the two sides’ joint solution and global delivery capabilities in the AI intelligent customer service field, and drew wide attention and recognition from partners and experts on site.
As a key global partner of Huawei AICC, Teamsun, after years of collaboration, has entered a new strategic stage of joint solution incubation, ecosystem building, and global coordination. Looking ahead, Teamsun will continue to deepen its AI core technologies and scenario-based implementation capabilities, accelerate its global expansion, and work hand in hand with Huawei and more ecosystem partners to promote the application of intelligent customer service in more industry scenarios, create long-term value for global customers, and jointly drive the high-quality development of the digital intelligence industry!
